I'm having this issue on my Kindle today, 9/23/22. It flashes green for a split second, but doesn't let me stay online (no wifi issue otherwise on the device). I'm a new user and I haven't been able to do an initial save on my game. When I do get to the Cloud Load/Save Progress modal and click [Save], it sometimes spins for a moment, but always errors out (Sorry something went wrong). It's really frustrating. I'd like to play online, but it doesn't seem it's possible.
