I believe I've located the issue regarding the Invitation links
Here's an example of a link copied over from the Invitation Tool:
https://account.cge.digital/tournaments/invite/223b35b36d6983a9a7b0ab03ac4b778d75fda2c7225009e7a6745c3bcabedc48
The link is sending people to the url account.cge.digital... in the meantime, the actual tournaments are set up at account.czechgames.com
This may explain why people clicking on the link are reporting that they are getting a message saying "Tournament does not exist"
