Zero_1627 every player played each opponent once. Buchholz will not help in this Celebration tournaments. But I'm using Median Buchholz for 2-player tournament called Mixed Duel (manually there is currently no support for it directly).

query. Second stage is considered to be already ordered - eg. winner of 2nd group of second stage is 8th overall? Or is it swiss-like and total from 6 results will be counted?
Zero_1627 As there is no continuation of this Celebration Tournaments it is not that important I think, but I designed it the first way - winner of the second group will be 8th overall. Only the overall winner of each flight will be invited to play in Super Finals.

Two players declined the invite to stage 2, so I choose another 5 players (ranked lower in their groups) who didn't accept the invite and made the tournament smaller - 6 groups, 42 players. Have fun!
I did not receive any notification that we had advanced to the second stage. I suspect I've now been timed out because I didn't join the games. Did anyone else get automatic notifications to say the games were running? Or, did they just open the app/check here and saw that it was go time?
NillisLukins Wasn't you one of the players who rejected invite to stage 2? Second stage is running only with 42 players (this wasn't my original plan but 2 players declined invite to second stage and tournament mode allows to start stage only if all groups are full).
No I don't remember ever getting an invite to Stage 2. How does the invite manifest? On this Tournaments site, or within the app?
NillisLukins I think it is app notification or e-mail, it depends on your settings. I'm sorry that you are not playing.
I’m also sorry for perhaps delaying the start of Stage 2 (and for missing out on playing it!). I’ll try make sure it’s sorted in time for the International Championship.
