Preferences are one thing, realities—quite another.
I opt for Medium Async for the occasions I don't have time or Internet coverage and although not often, that happens. Normally I play fast; sometimes within minutes of getting a notification that it is my turn. I even like Live games.
However, playing a game does not and should not take priority over... life's other activities. I've noticed more adults than adolescents playing this game, so my rationale should resonate with you guys.
EDIT: Fast Asyn with ample reserve time Sampson to survive the weekend should be manageable in most cases.
