Hello everyone,
I'm running a 24 game 16 player Fast Async tournament. We had two players that repeatedly timed out in the first round and are not responding when I attempt to contact them to clarify their status.
We are now seeking 2 replacement players.
The only purpose of the first round was to seat players for the second round, and I've done my best to eliminate any handicap for new players joining in the second round.

IDEA OF THE TOURNAMENT
This is a 4 stage Tournament for 16 players. The idea of the tournament is to allow all players a chance to get into the "final 4" even if they perform poorly in the first two stages. If you perform well, it becomes easier to get into that final stage; However, you will never be completely without a chance of "winning it all" until right before the final stage.

STAGE 2 SEATING
There were no ties within any single group; Stage 1 coin-toss tiebreaker unnecessary.
TIME-OUT PENALTIES
The neg 25 point penalty for "timing-out" is applied 3 times in this list (lubaroli x2, and Ragnard x1).
The neg 25 point penalty was not applied to Dienekes and Rodaxlll because they are dropped from the tournament. Instead, the finish position of their many bots (10) is used to determine their finish positions within their groups. In these two cases, the scores below reflect this. It seemed most fair to the replacement players and least disruptive to the balance of the field to not penalize the new-player starting positions by carrying forward the penalties incurred by their predecessors.

Here are the Stage 1 Tournament Victory Points (TVP) awarded in descending order.
In this Tournament, the first stage TVP determined rank within a game group for purposes of seating the 2nd Stage.
Cumulative TVP will be used to break future ties. The replacement players will be awarded the mode TVP of the remaining 14 players (250 points) for purposes of breaking future ties.
