@pajada Regarding penalty for timing out repeatedly - an opponent in my group (Bronze 2) timed out 3 times and still placed in 3rd on points. Does this player then get placed 5th and relegated alongside the one lowest on points, while 4th place gets to stay in bronze? Or does 4th,5th and the timing out player all 3 get relegated?

funestus yes 4th player will stay in Bronze and the player who run out of time 3 times will be last. Only two players get relegated from each group (unless there are 3+ players with 3+ time outs).

Raulone next season will start on October 31, I will open registration around October 10.

@pajada I would like to ask why I was demoted in last season. There was a three-way tie for 2-3-4 and not one of us able to win head-to-head with two others. However, there was a player with a resignation and a time-out. I am not sure how the tie-breaker worked in this case, can you clarify? It was Bronze 32.

ChosenWizard I'm sorry I made a mistake (the same as with Eske), you finished 3rd in your league. I will seed you to Bronze in the next season.

@pajada, why was I relegated? I finished 2nd in Platinum 3 last season, but am now playing in Gold.
The final league standings and my own calculation of "Average percentage of winner's score from all games" put me in second place.

Eske I'm very sorry, that's a mistake on my side. You really finished 2nd and should not be relegated. I will put you back to Platinum in the next season. I will also fix my script downloading the data from CGE web and doing the promotions to not make the mistake again in the future.

pajada Thank you for responding. However may I ask what would happen if I already finish first in my group? Same goes for Eske I think. Would you let us promote to one division above (Silver in my case)? 🙂

ChosenWizard for Eske that would be unfair (as there is quite a gap between Platinum and Master) but in your case I can give you wild card to Silver if you will win with 27+ points in your Wood league.

I have already answered pajada by mail, so to others who might be reading: pajada will put me back in platinum next season, regardless of my position. I don't think it would be fair if one could make it to master by winning in gold. In that case one should also accept relegation to silver as an option.

Bug in Wood 22 game 2: I should be able to bid for a colony but it says “check the game”. If I check and I try to bid pressing “Bid up to…” does nothing.
