In this game, there were a few bugs with the smugglers event card. Giele was forced to lose to the smugglers, even though he had enough batteries to defeat them. There was no option to use the batteries. Tapping the batteries did nothing. He was forced to accept defeat. k0bor afterwards did not get to choose whether or not to claim the reward. The choice had been made for him and he had to assign the cargo to his holds. As you can see in the screenshot, he should have lost 3 flight days for doing so, but he ended up in the same position as before the smugglers event card.
