Kejml Question regarding rules of round 2 and choosing a triangle: What if multiple players are red (then both of them see themselves as red and the they see opponent in some different colour) or no player chooses red colour?

TeriyakiJaccuzi Quick clarification about the Sun Tzu group stipulation. Do you have to have the military units to go with each tactic when you play it? Or do you get credit for any tactic you play regardless of what military units you have?
