Sorry for the late reply. We're complete now and I started the tournament. Due to the long delay I'm afraid there will be some timeouts, since players might not be aware of the start.
I launched the first batch of games, three games per group. The distribution of games means that each player will have a different launch of games. In particular, there is one player in each group which won't have a game in the first batch. Don't worry, your games will be launched in the second batch!
To be precise, four players should have a distribution of 2-1-1 over the three batches, but the other three should have 2-0-2, 2-2-0 and 0-2-2, respectively.
I will launch the second batch as soon as the majority of games enters Age III. This way we should be able to finish in a reasonable timeframe.
