This is still not resolved. I got an email from tech support saying that I needed to make sure that my profile name and account name were the same on both devices. They are both the exact same (including capitals, etc.), but still my new device (iPad) still does not have my challenge progress recorded. Again, all my achievements (including the challenge-related ones) were copied over to the new device correctly, but the actual challenge progress is not. (It shows that I have not completed any challenges.)
