Vorbrock Just curious, why is there a tie breaker for 3rd overall in count groups? Isn't it all just one bump up after first overall?
wolvs Vorbrock Hi. I am not sure I understand your question. We have 2 double promotion spots from Count to Duke. So we need to arrange tiebreakers for those Count group winners who gained best score (have only 1 game lost)
