I am currently playing a world championship game, where I think Siska is bugged.
T8ish, I have played Siska. I have 3 warriors, and the legion tactic, with +1 strength due to Sun Tzu. Siska gives me 2 culture instead of 1, and specifically says he gives "+2 culture due to 2 armies"
Am I insane or should he only give 1 culture?
