So for those still unaware of this rule: points assigned to non-AI players depend entirely on their absolute ranking in a game. Those who abandon the game gain -1 point, and this replaces their usual score from the game without introducing further changes. I believe this is the case in many other tournaments as well, but for clarity, it is advisable that silent include the scoring rules and the exact game schedule in the description of MTC if possible.
I understand that since this is the first season of MTC, some invitations have been sent to those that are not seriously interested in competing with us. In both stages so far, there are players who intentionally abandoned all or most of their games. They are likely going to be kept out of future seasons, according to silent.
