Kepler games will automatically start in the game once tournament is started, so no need to do anything other then battle your opponents.🙂

OK I haven't really played with 12 hour delay but I guess I can make it happen. May I ask how the invitees were found and chosen? It says in the description that 4p players with certain rank, but how do you filter 4p players?

How many games will be played at once? And so what is the approximate length of the tourney?

Invites were made by me to speed things up, I invited players I know and most of the high ranked players first, then i invited players according to their standings in monthly leaderboard to ensure they are active recently (and given they meet the 39+ rank requirement). I cant distinguish between 4p 3p and 2p players so whoever doesnt like 4p can decline my invite. :-)

I guess i load the games in two waves, first i start 6-8 games for everyone and then in second wave the rest once games get to age II or so. If this is too much for someone please sit this one out, given the structure we need to play more games at once.

And length of the tourney, length of first stage i approximate around 1 month, then it will be much faster because there will be just 7 games and i load them at once. Same for finals. So together maybe 2 months.

Ok guys tournament has started in just one day.:-) I wish everyone good luck and have fun. Games are going to be released in 3 waves in the end. So everyone should have 5 games on average.

May be a strange question, but players in game 51 and 59 for group 5 .. they are all same set of players.. is it suppouse to be so? I have 4 games 8, 51, 59, 55 are we playing same players twice? Sorry may be i do not know something.

That is not the intention, the pairing is made by the application, it is not made by me so any pairing can happen even the strangest one which is duplicates. But it is still random so it is fair for everyone in this sense.:-) But everyone should face every opponent 3 times on average. The problem with this 'average' thing is that it can be 3,4,5 maybe even 6. That is how statistics works. But on average 3 times.:-)

firstly, thanks for your work!
and secondly, I suggest next time using manual or controlled seed. it doesn’t mean, that it’s not fun playing, but now i’m playing 10 games from which (1 and 2) have exact same players, as (3 and 4), (5 and 6), (7 and 8).
i mean we could have more mix if for game 2nd and 4th games we simply took 1st and 2nd player from the 1st game and 1st and 2nd from the 3rd game and so on...
hope my explanation is not overcomplicated. just trying to give an idea on this.
and seems like it’s more a suggestion to CGE.
