Constant unsolicited invites to tournaments

I find it very frustrating that every other day I am invited to tournaments that I am not interested in. Is there a way to stop my message alert informing me of every tournament I am invited to, or, create some rule about only inviting people who have expressed interested or something?

It really is unhelpful spam and is extremely irritating.

Are you not interested in any tournaments at all? Or would you want to opt out of certain types of tournaments? Or certain hosts who spam invites?

I think you can now only ignore invites from specific user (it's one of the options directly on invite - Accept, Decline, Ignore User).
Because player's list is public, I think some organizers just copy all participants of International Championship and send them direct invite 🙁

@Japhet I just think the manner of "tournament invite spam" is not helpful. Like, people should have to register on a page, and there should be a way to see open tournaments to join (there is!!! Let's use it!)
I do play one tournament - Pajada's main one. But I don't want people to do what @pajada said "copy all participants and send them a direct invite".
I mean, I can put people in my ignore list, but I'd rather not do that if I can avoid it.

I think I want to opt out of ALL hosts who spam invites. I wish they advertised the tournaments here, or on BGG, and just let people join, and only sent invites to returning players or people who expressed interest elsewhere.

Fizi well for you it is just one click away from declining, if this is extremely irritating to you then you are extremely easily irritated person. For the host it is difference between starting the tournament within hours or starting the tournament within days or even weeks. I have invited players in my 2 tournaments I havent copied any invites i just invited everyone one by one, that was extremely irritating! I invited players based on monthly leaderboard to ensure they are active and like to play a lot of games. I will put you on my banlist thus you will not get those unwanted invites from me in the future. Have a good day.
