Hi: Game 11 has crashed, all of us are going to time out. Here's the response from support. Unfortuantely we can't keep playing as when any of us tries to log in it crashes

yes, the problem is due to that card. Sadly any fix for this will be in the next update and I can't promise when will be ready. So, please ignore that message and continue playing that session.

kyshantry well i am just tournament organiser, i dont know how to solve this issue sadly... but if noone in that game is awarded any points that is a big handicap and i might think of some compensation, let me know what happened in the end

Also Pescanova made deliberate war with Ysun and gave Ysun extra points. Group 2 game 56. So please ban Pescanova as well.

lfrantisek hmm that is hard to judge from where i sit, maybe he saw that as the only opportunity, that his oppennt will do sth silly, if he finished the declaration of war as an underdog though that is clearly breaking a rule, let me know what exactly happened. So he delcared war and was lower in strenght before opponents turn?

Joining lfrantisek comment - YSun also looks suspicious in all this situation. Worst thing is that he made that war being far behind in strength. And this war is going to decide the outcome of the game. 25 vs 43 strenght + Ysun has to make a move and can increase his strenght. So frustrating and annoying..

Lothar yes in theory thats the plan, but in reality that rarely ever happens. I dont make the pairings its made by computer...

Skaiwalker yes, we discussed it on our game with Enroamer and Ysun, pescanova did not join our talk at all. He declared a war in which he was losing and he did nothing to gain strength. It is of course possible he accidently left the war card when planning the move, but in that case a comment would be the only thing to do. He wrote nothing and is still quiet. The game ends after his turn, but it did ruin our finish - Enroamer would’ve most likely won the game and hard to say who would get 2nd. Now Ysun won. So unless pescanova makes some really good excuse, he must be banned from all these games. It was very idiotic thing to do.

Skaiwalker just to let u know- it is possible that I’ll end up 5th in my group only 0,5 points behind the 4th. Which means that the game in which pescanova (who is still playing and expressed no regrets of his actions whatsoever) made deliberate war and changed the order of our end points, might very much affect the final ranking. It is very unfortunate and hopefully will be corrected.

lfrantisek edit: sorry, the game ended of course. Without that war The ranking would’ve been 1) enroamer 2)lfrantisek 3)Ysun 4) pescanova. So I checked the game log and he really did nothing during his move after declaring war of cultue. No actions whatsover. I strongly suggest he will be banned. I’m also not satisfied with the rankings, but understand, if nothing can be done about it...

@Skaiwalker The game seems to have just entirely vanished from the log. Like I have 5 games ongoing and 9 completed, out of 15 that are supposed to be there. Two of the opponents also mentioned that if they tried to join it would just crash. It was clearly a win for me (by 70+ culture), don't know what order the others would have come in. Maybe I'll still win the division without it (it's looking good so far), but definitely would be a bummer to get a zero for a game that was going to be a win.

kyshantry if the game completely vanishes and no points are awarded, I will most likely award everyone with 2.5 points. So that 10 points are distributed. I dont know who was winning si I will distribute points evenly if at all.

kyshantry please can you ask support to delete the game and start it again? It is fairest option

Skaiwalker I had a similar game in my tournament. I contacted support, and they were able to reset the game, i.e. just start over from zero. I went for that option, seemed to be the fairest one for everyone.

Skaiwalker They reset it in my tournament, so it had the same name and players (though probably not seeding and card row). However, it appeared again in my tournament overview and I had to launch it manually after it was set up, so you might just contact support yourself.
