I've just launched Season 13 of the TtA Orchestra! We only have 140 musicians this time (down from 189), since many have timed out during their games and were subsequently not invited again or just didn't respond to my roll call. I had to leave two joiners out, since we can only start with groups of seven. I have promoted all group winners and relegated all 7th places, but due to some dropouts in higher leagues I sometimes promoted 2nd and 3rd places, too. At Trombone level I started to insert winners from the rehearsal groups, and I have double-promoted some players of lower instruments with outstanding results. We have one more group than planned, so that I established three lowest groups. Since they're called Triangle I thought this somehow made sense. I'm not too worried about how I can reasonably promote from three to two divisions, since there will be many dropouts and new-joiners, anyway.
The first batch is launched, as usual there is one player in each group who doesn't have a game yet. This is normal, distribution will be 0-2-2 for those players. I'll start the next batch as soon as some of the first one approach Age III, so probably around next weekend. I hope everybody's happy with the setup. Now, lean back and enjoy the music!
