First - sorry everyone for my week-plus delay on getting stage 4 going. We left our home on a 5-month road trip on July 8, and we've been spending a large amount of time out of connectivity (in the Colorado and Nevada high country). So much so, that I ended up timing out in my last game... I just couldn't get to a connection in time to keep it up.
Below is my cut on the Stage 3 results. As always, I'm going to leave this up for a few days in the hope that someone will correct my calcuations if they are wrong, or better yet, review them and tell me they are correct. (FIREDART ?).
In Stage 3, one of our late-joiners, Neilio just crushed it. He won all 6 of his games. We had a 3-way tie for the 3rd and 4th slot in Stage 4 - Luigino71, Tomtomparking and Kabel2 each earned 425 TP. As a result, their cum results from Stages 1 and 2 broke the tie and only Luigino71 and Tomtomparking made it into the final four.
Since I did hear back from ONE player (Firedart) of the "12 losers" on eagarness to do a 4th Stage, I'm going to go ahead and seat everyone for that final bit. So, the 12 losers will be in Groups 2, 3, and 4 and will be playing for the consolation of how close to 5th place they can arrive.
NOTE: I'm going to turn the torunament into a LONG ASYNC Tournament at this point, so unless you all have fires under your chair, - things may slow down a bit mooooore.... This is partly selfish. At this point, I really can't participate unless I stretch this out. The good news is that soon we will be out of the high country and back where we can get regular cell signals and internet.
