It is Individual tournament, but best two players from each group advance to the next stage (must be a new tournament due restrictions in this lobby)

Hi all. .... in the group 4 the game with kunayala have a bug......I sent email for support but the time run... in the round 15 i waiting kunayala turn to play But the time run (now in red) for me......my opponent have similar problems. ....anyway suggest for us?
We waiting Cze support team help.....
