Six players league

Hello everybody, we are trying to create a tournament for 6 players in one group. All matches should be composed by 3 players and every person should play two times with each other participant during the tournament.
We would make every game get started on Admin decision

We already had a couple of attemps, but we couldn’t reach the result we hoped (all games started at the same time and there are duplicated matches).

Could you help us to understand how to create the tournament as we desire?

Mainly you want to make sure your tournament is set to manual start and you set up your batches in sessions tab before starting it.

For your desired games count, you want to set 6 players in a group and each player has 5 three-player games. This way each player will meet everyone twice. (You can see the calculations for this in the box in bottom right box).

Hi sprwnd and thanks for your reply.
If I create a six players league in one group and set 5 three-players matches, I'll not get the right configuration because some players will not compete against other players.
best way is to set 10 three-players matches for each player (20 matches in total), in this way each couple of player will meet 4 times and will meet everyone other players remaining.
But at this point i have a problem: some matches are duplicated and i don't know why....
is it possible to manually seeding matches to avoid this problem?? How could I better control matches creations ??

Lovoon this really looks like a bug as there is exactly 20 possible 3-player combinations for 6 player league.
If it is only tournament for 6 players and you are ok with some manual work you can:

create the tournament with 2 groups, each group has 3 players
set number of stages to 5 (or 10) and manualy create two 3-player groups (games) for every stage

Hi and thanks to your reply pajada I tried to set a tournament with only one 6-player group, 10 stages and 1 game 3-player for each player. Also I set seeding in manual mode to configure match seeding, but matches are created automatically in first stage and i can't see next nine stages... is it normal ? Will I be able to set matches after the end of the first stage?

Lovoon Seeding is for distributing players into groups. Since you have only one group all players are in this group and no seeding is necessary. Seeding doesn't affect how matches are created.

Lovoon This is not what I suggested.

create tournament for 6 players
create it with 2 groups, each group has 3 players
choose that players will play one 3-player game each stage
set the number of stages of tournament to 10
set seeding to manual

This way you will be able to manualy seed each stage (create two 3-player games) which will start automatically and you will be able to see their progress and results.
Results from all the stages will not be calculated together, so I don't know if this is not too much manual work for you and no added value from tournament mode.
