I think you misunderstood me a bit. I didn't say that somebody would want to hack the tournament and certainly I didn't mention multiaccounts. What I described can (and will) happen to all people who have no glicko assigned - they will simply play in the lowest group and unless their (unknown at the start) rating would be below 1000, they would play against much weaker opponents, from who they get points for free. It is of course for fun, but a lot of people are competitive and want to try to get as high as they can and what I am saying is that the system may be frustrating for competitive players. Competitivness and fun are not mutually exclusive and there is a lot of players who seek both. It is your tournament, so your rules and you don't need to listen to me, I am just trying to help 😉
